ShelterBox Book Club



This small but highly-effective disaster relief charity needed a new way to engage audiences and get regular donations in, which had been steadily declining. We found a new audience for the organisation and a brand new way to talk to them: a book club aimed at world travellers.

To promote the world’s first charity book club, I created a series of cinemagraphs and videos for social media. These eye-catching visuals helped to ensure the book club launched to huge success – 140% above target – and a fair bit of envy across the sector. The campaign was later shortlisted for a DMA for Best Creative Solution.
